Hi,

I’m Eric, an Italian-born American designer based in San Francisco, CA.

As the son of a Californian mother and Italian father, raised in rural Italy, I learned early on that being an outsider looking in has its advantages. Not having a preconceived notion of what is supposed to be the default has led me to constantly question the world around me. This perspective drives me to think critically of what I come into contact with; can it be improved, fixed, made more efficient. I still have an ambiguous relationship with my Italian upbringing, but I do appreciate being exposed to the Italian sensibility for design, for what is beautiful, for what makes people happy.
